With the arrival of summer vacation, I can finally breathe a sigh of relief. For this summer, I have made a detailed plan on how to spend my time leisurely but meaningfully.
First of all, I’m going to indulge myself in some good books to broaden my horizon and enhance my reading comprehension. I aim to read at least 10 books before the end of the summer.
Secondly, I will take some online English courses to improve my language skills. With the pandemic still looming around, taking these courses is a safe and efficient way to acquire new knowledge and communication abilities.
Thirdly, I’ll engage in some sports activities to stay fit and healthy. It could be jogging, swimming, or cycling, whichever I’m in the mood for. Exercise not only helps me maintain my physical well-being, but also gives me a clear mind and a good mood.
Fourthly, I’m going to explore some new places in China with my family. Traveling around is always refreshing and relaxing, and at the same time, it teaches me new things about the vast and diverse country I’m living in.
Finally, I’ll seize the chance to cultivate new hobbies and interests, such as taking photos, learning musical instruments, or even cooking some delicious dishes. These things are not only pleasant to do, but also beneficial to my emotional balance and creativity.
